  • • Travel shafts with extremely small dimensions compared to the cabin dimensions

Unique benefits:

    • High coefficient of use of the travel shaft.
    • Lightweight construction of the travel shaft walls.
    • High torsional and force resistance, compliant with regulations.
    • Simplicity and ease of installation.
    • Low energy consumption.
    • Total weight 40-60% lower than other electric and hydraulic goods passenger lifts.
    • Light travel shaft construction, requires less material.

Environmental Sustainability:

    • Low energy consumption.
    • Limited use of materials and low total weight contribute to environmental sustainability

Safety:

    • No counterweights, motors or loads suspended above the cabin.
    • Separate machine room for safe installation and maintenance.
    • Improved safety due to lack of traction ropes to hold the cab.

Applications and Efficiency:

    • Ideal solution for multi-level warehouses and factories.
    • Integration of horizontal and vertical freight transport for an efficient internal logistics system.
    • Wide range of parameters to meet different needs and applications.

Operating procedures:

    • Four operating procedures, offering flexibility and adaptability to specific needs.

DIRECT MODE

SEQUENTIAL MODE

ALTERNATE MODE

SIMPLY MODE

GMV supplies GPL® that work in all four ways. The vast majority of our competitors offer hoists that operate only in alternate mode and simple mode (hydraulic 1:1 and 1:2 hoists and electric  goods passenger lifts including MRL types).

Thanks to its world-class technology, GMV has been a leader in lift solutions for many years.

GPL® elevators are an ecological, efficient and safe choice for vertical transport of goods and people in industrial environments, highlighting GMV’s commitment to advanced and sustainable solutions.

Vehicle Lifts VL®

GMV’s VL® car lifts are an advanced solution for the transport of motor vehicles, combining hydraulic technology and a unique design. Here are some key points on the salient aspects

GMV technology unique in the world:

  • We use a technology unique in the world, the 1:1 direct shot, thanks to which the floor of the cabin remains stable during the entrance of the car. In addition, the stroke compartments are characterized by extremely small dimensions in relation to the dimensions of the cabin.

Low Energy Consumption:

    • The Vehicle lifts are designed to ensure low energy consumption, contributing to overall energy efficiency.
    • Their lightweight construction and lower weight compared to other types of Vehicle lifts also contribute to reducing the overall energy consumption needed for  manufacture and transport

Light Construction of the travel shaft:

    • The design of the Vehicle lifts allows a light construction of the travel shaft, reducing the use of material.
    • The concentration of forces on the pit bottom promotes a lighter and more efficient structure.

Unmatched protection:

    • There are no counterweights, motors, or loads suspended above the cab, which contributes to the safety of the lift.
    • The absence of traction ropes supporting the cab increases operational safety.
    • Separate machine space provides a safe environment for installation and maintenance operations.
    • The ability to call the vehicle lifts with a remote control adds an element of convenience and flexibility, improving the user experience

Environmental Sustainability:

  • Thanks to their ecological design, vehicle lifts contribute to environmental sustainability, reducing the environmental impact related to the production and use of materials

Efficiency in Multi-level Parking

    • The vehicle lifts are ideal for multi-level parking, allowing efficient solutions both above and below ground.
    • The cost of a GMV vehicle lift with its own shaft for a parking 2 levels, represents approximately 30-50% of the cost of construction of a traditional reinforced concrete ramp, gaining in value from 12 to 16 parking lots. The following drawings explain the advantage

H option for cars with roof racks:

  • GMV offers H version vehicle lifts (VL® 30 H, VL® 35 H, VL® 40 H, VL® 45 H and S-VL®  H) with cabin and raised doors up to 2.6 m suitable with cars with roof-racks.

Important parameter – force at cabin sill FS

  • The most unfavourable load to consider in the design of a lift is when a car is entering the cabin. At the sill acts the force (Fs). Cabin, arch and T-guides must be strong enough to withstand the action of forces and twists (Ts).
