In fact it is the only one available with biodegradable fluid instead of the traditional mineral oil and equipped with the latest generation electronic control valve with double safety lock integrated: safety combined with a high ride comfort.
Home Lifty® is available in a wide range of technical solutions:
- HLC-MRL version: solution with control panel and DRY power unit in a cabinet with extremely compact dimensions (W 350 x D 260 x H 2000 mm), placed next to a landing door or near the shaft.
The advantages are as follows: safety, simplicity and economy in maintenance; compactness and ease of insertion in existing buildings; reduced current requirement, reduced amount of fluid, thanks to the dry power unit. - MR version: with machine room
- Variant with rear piston, designed for home lift to be inserted in the stairwell to make the most of the width of the shaft to insert a cabin with 1 entrance as wide as possible
- Home Lifty Big Space variant, with space-saving side mechanics, hinged doors, 2 opposite entrances, 150 mm pit: suitable for home lifts to be inserted in the stairwell as an alternative to a bridge system with piston above the door of the lowest floor.

THIS SOLUTION IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN CONFIGURATION ACCORDING TO LIFT DIRECTIVE EN 81.21, WITH SPEED > 0.15 m/s AND pit/headroom SIZES SIMILAR AT CONFIGURATION ACCORDING TO MACHINERY DIRECTIVE, FOR INSERTION IN SMALL CONDOMINIUMS.
Solutions are available for masonry shaft or metal structure, for indoor and/or outdoor, with hinged, semi-automatic or automatic doors. It is possible to buy only the cabin structure (without panels) and the automatic doors without frames to customize the cabin and the entrance door to the main floor in the widest possible way (the one that in the USA is called the entrance).
