GMV manufactures a wide range of single stage jacks, telescopic jacks, power units and the corresponding accessories to be able to meet the most different requirements of their customers.
SINGLE STAGE JACKS :
two main models are available: type for a direct acting arrangement (1:1) and type for indirect acting arrangement (2:1).
The maximum static pressure for these jacks is 45 bar. They can also be supplied in 2 or 3 pieces (to facilitate transportation).
* type 1000 direct acting below jack (rams from ø 60 up to ø 238 mm)
* type 1001 direct acting at side jack (rams from ø 60 up to ø150 mm)
* type 1008 indirect acting at side jack 2:1 (rams from ø 60 up to 238 mm)
* type 1008bis indirect acting at side jack 2:1 with threaded head (rams from ø
50 up to ø 80 mm)
TELESCOPIC JACKS WITH HYDRAULIC SYNCHRONIZATION:
The hydraulically synchronized system brings about the simultaneous extension of the stages and guarantees a constant
car speed. The maximum static pressures are 45 bar for two stages jacks and 40 bar for three stages jacks.The following
dimensions can be supplied:
* type 9100 two stages direct acting at side (from ø 42 up to ø100 mm)
* type 9101 three stages direct acting at side (from ø 42 up to ø100 mm)
* type 9110 two stages direct acting below (from ø 50 up to ø 100 mm)
* type 9111 three stages direct acting below (from ø 50 up to ø 100 mm)
TELESCOPIC JACKS WITH MECHANICALSYNCHRONIZATION:
Mechanical synchronization is achieved by means of a chain system which links the different moving elements of the jack. This system is most suitable for big installations requiring also 4 or 8 jacks.
Maximum static pressure is 36 bar. They can be supplied as EC version (external round guide yokes ø 25) or TCS version (external guide yokes ISO T50/A):
* TCS, EC - 2N two stages without external guide yokes (TCS, EC 45-2N ÷TCS, EC 120-2N)
* TCS, EC - 2Y two stages with external guide yokes (TCS, EC 45-2Y÷TCS, EC 120-2Y)
* TCS, EC - 3Y three stages with external guide yokes (TCS, EC 45-3Y÷TCS, EC 105-3Y)
POWER UNITS:
The power unit production includes a wide range of three phase and monophase motor-pump groups with frequency 50 and 60 Hz.
* single phase power units 50 Hz - power: 1,5÷2,2 kW, pump flow: 13÷37 l/min
* single phase power units 60 Hz - power: 1,8÷2,6 kW, pump flow: 16÷45 l/min
* three phase power units 50 Hz - power: 2,2÷58,8 kW, pump flow: 25÷600 l/min
* three phase power units 60 Hz - power: 2,2÷58,8 kW, pump flow: 30÷600 l/min
